The company has capability to design, develop, test and manufacture specialized engineering products using specially engineered elastomers such as Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer(EPDM), Styrene Butadiene Rubber(SBR), Polychloroprene ,Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR),Poly Butadiene Rubber(PBR), Butyl and Viton for use in oil and gas, infrastructure, construction, marine and defense applications.
The products are manufactured mainly either using injection method where rubber is filled in moulds under a pressure of about 2000 PSI to attain maximum performance. Compression moulding method is also used to produce less critical products. The products include pipe seals ,rubber O rings, rubber gaskets ,valve seals, metal embedded seat Ring , track shoes, wheels, anti vibration mounting, dock bumpers, bellows, blocks, couplings , rubber fenders etc..
The right quality of rubber is selected from a data bank of formulations after evaluating the functional requirements of the product. The compounds vary in chemical variations, physical properties and sometimes in external appearances.

Pipe Seals
Rubber seals for water and gas pressure / non-pressure pipes of various materials including Ductile Iron, GRP, uPVC, Clay and Concrete.
Rubber O rings
O ring compounds are designed depending upon the application i.e. Temperature, Pressure and Medium. Hardness of the O-ring can be varied depending on whether the application is Static or Dynamic.

Rubber ring for rollers
Return rollers with spaced rubber rings contribute largely to eliminating the build-up of scale that forms in certain conditions on the belt surface.
The rings are pointed, assembled at intervals, in the central part of the roller, where they have the scope to break up the scale which normally is present at the belt center; meanwhile flat rings mounted in groups at the extremities of the belt, support and protect the belt edges, also in cases of limited belt wandering. ATC can manufacture different types of rubber rings as per customer requirements & as per standards.

Rubber Gaskets ,Seals
ATC offers a large range of customer specific gaskets for use in the oil,petrochemical,power and water sector.
The gaskets are made using specially engineered elastomers such as Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Polychloroprene , Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), Butyl and Viton in varying hardness’s ranging from 40 Shore A to 90 Shore A.
Rubber Mountings
The rubber buffer is also named as bobbin mount or rubber damper or rubber stopper, used for both active and passive vibration suppression as well as shock and structure-borne noise control and can be used in both compression and shear. These mounts are very simple and effective anti vibration mounts as they have are easily installed and do not require maintenance. Our rubber mountings are high quality rubber vibration isolators that meet the most requirements for effective vibration isolation and noise damping over a wide range of frequencies.

- Removes vibration between equipment such as engines, water pumps, condensers etcetera.

Rubber bellows are often used to seal dust, sand and other environmental elements from moving parts of machines.
Rubber Couplings
Rubber Couplings are used extensively in many industrial applications, especially with engines. Mainly used for their torsionally soft properties and damping effect on troublesome vibrations. ATC can manufacture custom made rubber couplings as per clients requirement.
Rubber Diaphragms
Diaphragms are sealing agents, used as movable membranes to prevent two or more components from leakage and friction. The flexible nature of this seal allows pressure effects to cross the barrier but not the material being contained.
ATC can manufacture rubber diaphragms which are bonded with Brass, mild-steel or stainless-steel studs. ATC also manufacture diaphragms that are Metal Inserted, that are reinforced with fabric, nylon, canvas, wire mesh, etc.

A Rubber Cutlass Bearing is a simple journal bearing where a shaft rotates in a bearing housing. Applications Marine Industry, Pump Industry, Power Plants. ATC offers custom moulded cutlass bearings as per client requirement.
Rubber Wall Guards
Rubber Wall Guards are manufactured from high impact resistant rubber and can be fixed horizontally or vertically onto flat or curved surfaces. Wall guards are chemically resistant to harsh weather conditions. The special blend of the formulation withstand damages caused by collisions as well as abrasions.

Rubber Sleeve for B/F valves
Rubber valve sleeves are used in butterfly valves for sealing purpose. The material of the seal can be made from many different elastomers or polymers. The seat may be bonded to the body or it may be pressed or locked in.

CELL FENDERS
ATC cell fenders are designed for offshore platforms without steel panels. These fenders are used between the main structure and boat landing facility of the off-shore platform.
CONE FENDERS
These fenders can be supplied in various grades to match the required reaction force and energy absorption. Cone fenders have to be used along with steel facing panel fitted with UHMW PE pads. Multiple cone fenders can be used along with a single frontal panel to achieve the best possible result in terms of performance and economy.

Pipe wiper rubbers are designed to remove fluids and debris from the pipe when it is being run or pulled. STRIPPER RUBBER
The stripper rubber dynamically forms a self-actuating, fluid-tight seal around varying outer diameters of oil field equipment as the equipment is tripped through the stripper rubber bore with minimal deformation of the rubber, even under high pressure. ATC stripper rubbers are designed with maximum equipment and personnel safety in mind. ATC can also manufacture custom stripper rubbers to fit the needs of your job as well.
